The sound source of the sound element of the atomized buzzer is mainly from the piezoelectric ceramic sheet. The piezoelectric ceramic sheet consists of a piezoelectric ceramic plate with electrodes printed on both sides and a metal plate (brass or stainless steel, etc.). Using adhesive, the piezoelectric vibration plate and the metal sheet are bonded together, which is what we commonly call the buzzer sheet.

The working principle of the buzzer is: when a DC voltage is applied between the two electrodes of the piezoelectric vibration plate, mechanical deformation is caused due to the piezoelectric effect. For a shape-distorted piezoelectric element, the deformation stretches in the radial direction. So, when an AC voltage is passed through the electrodes, the bends are alternately repeated, creating sound waves in the air that make sound.

Buzzer Generally speaking, the human voice frequency range is about 20Hz to 20kHz. The audio frequencies most easily heard by humans are between 2kHz and 4kHz. Therefore, the buzzer is also divided into two types: self-excited and self-excited. The driving principle is different, but the working principle is the same.
